What's Occurrin' Rochdale can't wait to welcome you to our SOLDOUT Ellie Sax performance this weekend! It's going to be a great night! Please take note below of some pre event information.

Our food and drink partners, Lancashire Hospitality, have a fully stocked cashless bar with something for everyone, including cocktails, gins and draught beer! Please note the CASHLESS element.

You can also book in at Bombay Brew before the gig and receive 20% off the bill and 2 of the same cocktails for £12.

The evening will get underway with music from our support DJ Andy Parker who’s performance has been sponsored by Rochdale's new Trinity Bar which will be open serving drinks before and after the gig with a live DJ till 3am. Please note that random bag searches may take place. This is to ensure the safety of all our guests. It’s almost time bingo fans! With just a few days to go we’ve just got a few bits of information to pass on.

6.30pm - Doors Open

6.30 - 9.30pm - Food Served

8pm approx - Eyes down the show begins

10.30pm - Shenanigans Duo

11.45 - Last Orders

- This year food food will be served slightly differently and you can choose when you would like to eat. Vouchers will be given to each guest on entry for your meal which you can get at any point between 6.30-9.30pm from the meal station.

- A token system will be in operation at the event to speed up the queues at the bars.

- Tokens can be bought with cash or card but we do ask that if you possibly could bring cash for entry this will help reduce the queues at the start of the event.

- It’s the final call for anyone with any dietary requirements to let us know, if you or anyone in your party have any dietary requirements we don't already know about please let us know as we won’t be able to make any changes to the menu on the night.

Bury and Rochdale Oktoberfest Information

We can't wait to welcome you to Oktoberfest Rochdale next weekend! It's going to be a great night!

Entry is from 7pm-8pm. We have a full bar stocked with something for everyone including German beer. We also have Bratwursts and a Vegan Dog being served throughout the night.

We are operating a TOKEN SYSTEM at this event. Don’t be scared to embrace the party experience!

Tokens speed up the service at bars and reduce the time spent queuing. Plus they are really easy to use!

Tokens can be purchased at the token station. Please ask a marshall for help if you need assistance with your tokens.

Tokens can be purchased with cash or card but we do recommend cash to speed up the process. 

Each token is worth £2.25.

Everything at the event will use tokens! Tokens will be available to purchase upon entry.

Tokens can be reimbursed after the event.
